Coven isn't in the business of black magic—although, we won't deny the alchemy in our proudest achievements. We're a creative studio with no walls, in every possible way. The Backstory

Compassion is unconventional.

A wild concept, yet an undeniable truth. Coven began as an experiment, led by two industry veterans who grew tired of excusing bad behavior. Prioritizing culture, putting people first, is easy enough to claim. Yet, maternal attrition, pay gaps, token representation, bureaucracy and toxic energy still persist. In a landscape where burnout is worn as a badge of honor, we challenge the norm. Why do businesses, brimming with creativity and ingenuity, disregard those who possess these talents? Rhetorical, of course.

Coven is the agency we've always dreamed of—one that upholds both the work and our team's well-being to the highest standard. It's not just a vision; it's our commitment to rewriting the narrative for us and anyone else brave enough to listen.
