Yet, their messaging unintentionally implied affordability, attracting a bargain-driven audience misaligned with their values.
To address this disconnect, Brothers needed to rebuild awareness and shift perceptions, aligning the message with their authentic, customer-first approach to home renovation. That’s where Coven came in.
Our Solution
In a series of spots, we meet homeowners who rewind to a time when anxiety and denial stood as emotional barriers between them and their looming household projects. The only thing worse than a tiny, outdated kitchen? Renovating it. Replacing roof shingles? Optional…til its not. Before Brothers, these homeowners faced parallel struggles, whether they were remodeling a kitchen, updating a bathroom or replacing a roof.
