  1. NDA: We want it, and you need it. All of our contracts and documents have been created by our brilliant legal team at Shapiro Sher.

  2. Project Overview: Let's talk about your needs, timeline, budget, goals and any measures of success. While most of our team is based in Baltimore, MD, we're open to traveling and/or working remotely.

  3. Conflict Review: We’ll let you know who we’re working with, so that we can address any potential conflicts before they arise.

  4. SOW: We can do time and materials or work within a predefined project structure. Either way, we’ll get it in writing before any real work begins.

  5. Kickoff: Meet the team, align on roles and responsibilities, project goals, deliverables and deadlines. Set up collaboration tools and necessary platform access.

  6. Project Schedule: If you'd like our help with it, we’ll whip one up to keep everyone informed and accountable.

  7. Ongoing Communication: We’ll work how you need us to (within reason). Whether you want to meet weekly, or send daily Slack updates, it's fine by us.

  8. The Goods: Depending on our engagement, we'll do what it takes to make sure that any necessary deliverables follow your agency's branding and meet (or exceed) your expectations.

  9. Invoicing: We’ll agree to payment terms in the SOW and bill accordingly.

  10. Complete Project: We’ll do what we promised and deliver by deadline. Your feedback is also super important to us. If you're willing, we'd plan a retro to discuss what worked and where our process can be improved
